The Korea Foundation for International Healthcare (KOFIH) participated in the 55th Council of Public Healthcare Institutions, held at the Korea Press Center in Seoul on June 19, 2026, to discuss ways to advance the healthcare sector through closer collaboration among public health institutions.

The meeting brought together heads and working-level officials from public healthcare organizations to share major initiatives and discuss key issues while exploring opportunities to strengthen inter-agency cooperation. During the meeting, KOFIH and the Korea Organ Donation Agency delivered institutional presentations and exchanged views on current healthcare issues.

KOFIH President Il-Soo Haintroduced the Foundation's mission and major programs. He also presented the Foundation's plans to commemorate its 20th anniversary in 2026, highlighting upcoming events and requesting continued interest and cooperation from partner institutions.

KOFIH remains committed to strengthening communication and collaboration with domestic healthcare organizations to contribute to the advancement of global health and the promotion of public health.
