New Birth of KOFIH`s CI

KOFIH, an organization specialized in providing support for healthcare and healing the world through sharing, will change its CI(Corporate Identity) to reinforce its proximity and to definitize its identity.
The image for new CI is emphasized with `bird` and `bay`, the signified shapes symbolizing the earth and the peace representing KOFIH`s world-oriented significance. The image for new CI is also emphasized with `cross` symbolizing KOFIH`s healthcare activities. In addition, bright and future-oriented `blue color` and `green color` are used to visualize KOFIH`s goals to eradicate diseases and enhance healthcare.
KOFIH came to a decision that the previous CI didn`t accurately realize KOFIH`s representativeness of the projects conducted for provision of support for healthcare in developing countries. Therefore, an exhibit contest targeting home and foreign practician in involving fields, specialized companies, and university(graduate) students with related majors was held from February 26. Designer Son, Hyun Jeong(Graduate of Dept. of Ceramics, Art College of Hongik University, a current freelancer)`s artwork of 144 other artworks was selected as the new CI.
Designer Son, Hyun Jeong quoted "I tried to project the image of KOFIH conducting a number of international activities" and she also quoted "I am expecting KOFIH to approach more people in more friendly way".
KOFIH assessed that the new CI well-expressed KOFIH`s values by synthetically visualizing its goals and visions. KOFIH pledged that it will make a leap within the next 10 years to grow as the representative foundation in South Korea providing support for Healthcare.
Han, Kwang Soo, the president of KOFIH quoted "The new CI will perform as the basis informing South Korea and KOFIH focusing on activities to provide support for healthcare for not only the overseas Koreans but also all people of developing countries.
