On October 15th, `2009 Lee, Jong Wook`s Fellowship Program` which began in July with presence of 17 medical staff members from 7 countries of Sri Lanka, Uzbekistan, Tanzania, Angola, Indonesia, Laos, and Mongolia ended with a ceremony for completion held at the saturn hall of 63 Building with presence of all training doctors, and persons from KOFIH and hospitals involved. `Lee, Jong Wook`s Fellowship Program` was subsequently conducted in succession to the identical program from the last year provided opportunities for healthcare human resources from developing countries to train and experience advanced medical technologies at leading university hospitals in Korea The purpose of such program was to provide support for developing countries suffering from difficulties in constructing healthcare infrastructures due to lack of healthcare human resources.
