On 23 January 2007, Park, Jong Hwa, the president of KOFIH, conducted a ceremony in Jakarta, the capital city of Indonesia, to donate 5 ambulances (worth 250,000,000Won) to `Waluya Sezati Abadi Foundation`. The former Indonesian President Megawati and other interested parties from healthcare fields attended the ceremony. The Ambulances consist of 11 medical equipment including cardioverter, oxygen saturation measuring instrument, emergency respiratory tract securing instrument, neck holder, fracture splint, backbone holder, burn set, respirator and blood sugar measuring instrument. The ambulances are capable to perfectly treat patients in emergency. In particular, Indonesia consists of massive earthquake-striking areas and giving consideration to such fact, KOFIH figured the urgency in Indonesia and thus provided support for the reinforcement of emergency medical functions Park, Jong Hwa, the president of KOFIH quoted "This donation is our response of keeping the important promise made to the former president Megawati. I believe that these ambulances will make contributions to saving lives". The former president Megawati showed his gratitude and quoted "These ambulances will accelerate rigid bonding of the friendship between South Korea and Indonesia".
