From December 18th 21st, No, Kwang Ul, the secretary general of KOFIH, attended the ceremony for completed construction of neurosurgery/respiratory wards of Pyeongyang Red Cross Hospital In North Korea. This project was conducted based on a cooperation between KOFIH and a private organization named `Mutually Helping Our Nation Campaign.
