The Korea Foundation for International Healthcare (KOFIH) and the Korea Medical Association (KMA) concluded an MOU on September 28, to improve the healthcare status of North Korea, developing countries, etc. The signing ceremony was held in KOFIH headquarters, Seoul, Korea and attended by the officials of KOFIH, represented by President Ihn Yohan (John A. Linton), and KMA, represented by President Choo Moo-jin. At the ceremony, they agreed to cooperate in building effective partnership to implement healthcare support projects for North Korea, developing countries, etc. The MOU comes down to healthcare support projects for developing countries, healthcare projects and cooperation for North Korea, healthcare improvement for migrant workers in Korea, joint research projects to develop healthcare support programs, mutual cooperation for further development of the two organizations, etc.
