President Ihn Yohan (John A. Linton) of the Korea Foundation for International Healthcare, KOFIH, organized the third quarter meeting for Government 3.0, a new government operation paradigm, at the KOFIH headquarters in Seoul, Korea on August 24. KOFIH proactively holds a quarterly meeting in an effort to share and spread the core values of Government 3.0 (Openness, Sharing, Communication and Collaboration). This time, KOFIH discussed the introduction of a system to ensure the balance between family and work under the theme of “changing the way we work.” The KOFIH employee responsible for 3.0 Government meeting said, “Once introduced, the system would bring positive impacts on the ways we work. We will make greater efforts to make sure that all KOFIH employees enjoy both family and work life through a good balance.”
