The Korea Foundation for International Healthcare, KOFIH, invited 5 people from Ghana including the employees of the National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA) to take part in the 1-week training program from April 18 to 22 in Korea as part of the joint project on health insurance policy. The training program is designed to help develop the capacities of the employees of Ghana NHIA. During the program, KOFIH provided intensive courses on the health insurance system of Korea. The participants analyzed data and shared their experience in pilot projects to expand health insurance enrollment, and discussed implementing and evaluating measures for the pilot projects. They were highly satisfied with the curriculum.
